The Companion Visual

Why I Built This

Yesterday’s post walked through the loop—high energy, short windows, notifications—and how hours can vanish while risk rises. Today’s companion gives you something hands‑on: a clickable visual you can open in your browser, use for a few minutes, and leave with a plan.

What it’s for

  • See the pattern at a glance.

  • Toggle simple controls (e.g., notifications on/off).

  • Skim quick actions for tonight (breaks, hydration, cool space).

  • Jump to help with one tap.

  • Tap the nodes to scan the facts.

  • In the Break‑the‑Loop panel, hit Notifications OFF and start a 15‑minute break.

  • Copy the reset plan, paste it into Notes, and keep it for the next 24–72 hours.

  • If stress or cravings spike: call 988 or SAMHSA 1‑800‑662‑HELP (4357)—free, confidential, now.
